Delivery Time

• Delivery time including customs inspection time is usually around 7 to 14 working days for Registered Air Mail, Express Mail would take faster (normally 2 to 4 working days).
• Delivery times are for reference purposes only. We do not offer any guarantee on the delivery times listed. Late arrival may be due to some reasons:
  • Parcels are delayed by your local customs inspection.
  • Parcels are returned back to your nearest post office without notification. You should go to post office to pick up the parcels.

Shipping for Pre-Sale items

What should you do if you cannot receive the parcels?
